Jed began his career in New York, where he was lucky enough to be mentored by two of Soho’s best design firms, Suka Design and Landor Associates. He’ll be the first to admit that moving from Manhattan to Austin was a bit of a culture shock. But working at the Decoder Ring Design Concern and Sibley Peteet Design more than made up for it.
Jed has used his talents to further some great causes, like The United Negro College Fund. And to help clients like New York University, the Council on Foreign Relations, the band Modest Mouse, and Austin’s world-famous music, film, and interactive festival SXSW.
When he’s not drawing logos or creating brands, he’s pushing the limits of his track and BMX bikes—and everything in between. Which makes sense. In his past life, Jed was a pro rider, traveling the country and shooting photos for BMX magazines.
